Precise Cut Etching offers the following Returns Policy:

If a product needs to be returned, you must aquire a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at r_enterprises@sbcglobal.net with "Return Authorization Number Request" in the subject line. Give an explanation of the problem, what you paid, when you ordered, etc.

You will either receive a replacement or refund of the purchase price. You will also need to return the item to us at your own expense.

If your item was shipped UPS, you will need to file a claim with UPS in order to remedy the situation. All items shipped UPS are insured by them, and all items paid through PayPal are also covered by PayPal.

Large Personalized Orders:

You agree to pay a minimum of ½ of the total purchase price at the time of the order (deposit), and the other ½ due before shipment.

You agree that if the order is cancelled after production, the deposit is non-refundable.

You agree to make payment through PayPal. You do not have to belong to PayPal to make a payment through them.

Your guarantee covers only manufacturing defects or breakage. Some bubbles, wrinkles and the like are common in glassware and crystal, and are not considered defects. These items will not be replaced.

You agree to accept delivery from UPS ground service. You must pay for any other form of shipment if you so choose. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a complete street address. If an item arrives broken, you agree to file a claim with UPS.

Your shipment is covered through UPS insurance. Also, when you pay through PayPal, your shipment is covered through them as well.

Please place your personalized wedding order at least 2 months in advance, as you must allow 7 – 10 days just for shipping.

Personalized items cannot be returned. Please be sure to spell everything correctly, as your item(s) will be printed exactly as you request.

You will receive an email with a UPS tracking # as soon as we receive one.

Small & One-Only Personalized Orders:

Same as large orders, except that full payment is required at time of order.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are redeemed through this website using PayPal as the payment choice. The recipient of the Gift Certificate must belong to or sign up for PayPal.

Gift Certificates do not expire. You may use multiple certificates to pay for purchases as long as they are of the same amount.
